DELIVERY INFORMATION

DISPATCH TIMES

All orders are dispatched within the lead time indicated in the product details page, in most cases this is 10-12 working days from approval of artwork. Printed golf balls are 5/10 working days. If for some reason there is a delay with your order we will contact you.

DELIVERY TO THE UK MAINLAND

Orders under £100 (excluding VAT) are charged at £12.50 to one UK mainland address. Delivery is via a secure courier on a next day service (excluding Highlands and Northern Ireland) and will require a signature upon receipt. All orders are insured against loss or damage by the courier (please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then transferred to the receiver).

Orders over £100 (excluding VAT) are delivered FREE to one UK mainland address. Delivery is via a secure courier on a next day service (excluding Highlands and Northern Ireland) and will require a signature upon receipt. All orders are insured against loss or damage by the courier (please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then transferred to the receiver).

DELIVERY TO THE UK HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS and northern ireland

Delivery charges to the Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland are calculated at the basket depending on the destination. Delivery is via a secure courier, in most cases on a 2 day service and will require a signature upon receipt. All orders are insured against loss or damage by the courier (please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then transferred to the receiver).

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges and times for European & International orders are calculated at the basket depending on the destination. All orders will exclude VAT and dispatched with a commercial invoice for customs clearance. Delivery is via a secure courier and will require a signature upon receipt. All orders are insured against loss or damage by the courier (please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then transferred to the receiver).

Please note if you are a business you will be required to provide your EORI Number, VAT Number and Company Registration Number. If you are a personal customer your will be required to provide your Personal Tax ID. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may be susceptible to customs fees depending on the threshold for your country. 

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. In each case you will be contacted by the courier to notify you of any charges.

We have no control over customs and import tax for all European & International shipping, but if you have a question please contact us and we will try to help you. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned, you will be liable for any shipping & handling fee's for returning to the UK. Please note we are unable to provide a refund for products that have been personalised to your requirements. 

DELIVERY TRACKING

We encourage you to provide an email address and phone number that can be passed to the courier so you can track your order and the courier can contact you if they have difficulty locating your address on the day of delivery. 

RETURNS INFORMATION

Our 14 Day Returns Guarantee

If, for any reason, your purchase does not match your artwork approval sign off, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (see our refunds policy below). Unless the item is faulty, we can not accept the return of products that have been personalised or used in any way.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the product was wrongly ordered by yourself. We ask that you notify us of your intentions to return an item by email or phone (0800 043 1336).

When you make a return, to speed the process up, it is helpful a note accompanies your product as to the reason for return and a copy of the original invoice the product was dispatched with. We also recommend sending your goods by recorded post in order to track we have received the watch via the royal mail tracking website.

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. If you need to return a faulty product to us, please contact us on 0800 043 1336 to discuss how to go about it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

When we receive a product returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase. If we have agreed to refund the postal cost incurred returning a product to us, this will be done in the form of a cheque. If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us on 0800 043 1336 for assistance.

This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
