Q. What is an origination charge?
Origination is a fee charged for the setting up and the creation of templates to apply your logo or text in the correct format to your custom printed table cloths. In the majority of cases origination charges for repeat orders are free or reduced for the same product and print.
Q. How can I send my logo or text?
There is a function to upload your logo/text on each product page or if you prefer you can email your logo separately.
Q. How will you make sure the colours are accurate to my logo?
Each colour in your logo will have a unique reference. The most common references are referred to as Pantone references for solid spot colours, or CMYK for digital print. If you have these references please add these to the notes section of your order. Alternatively we will match the colours to your logo on the artwork proof.
Q. Can I check how my logo or text will look before production?
Each product has an artwork proof that is emailed to you for your approval prior to printing. This will show you how your logo will look on your custom printed clubhouse table cloth to check for sizing, position and colours.
Q. What type of files do you accept?
Suitable files are high resolution PDF or vector based formats, either EPS or Adobe Illustrator.
Q. What are the Delivery Charges?
UK orders over £100 + vat are delivered free to one UK address. Orders under the free delivery threshold are charged at £12.50 for secure courier and will require a signature upon receipt. Costs for secure courier international orders are calculated at the checkout stage and will require a signature on delivery. Competitive rates for multiple product orders can be confirmed by quotation based on the final consolidated shipment.
Q. When will I receive my order?
Each product has the lead time noted on the product details section. In most cases this is 10 working days from approval of artwork excluding printed golf balls which are from 5 working days. If your order is urgent please call us on 0800 043 1336 and we will check production.
