How to Place Your Order

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER – PLEASE NOTE MISSING INFORMATION MAY DELAY YOUR ORDER
If you would like to proceed, please confirm the following if not already provided:

NEW LOGO ORDERS:

* Date your order is required
* Date of event if applicable
* Please confirm product, quantity, colours, and sizes if applicable.
* For clothing orders, if not already discussed, please could you confirm the position of logo i.e. left chest, left sleeve, left collar along with colour & font of text required if applicable.
* Email a high-resolution copy of your logo and confirm the colour references – please see our guide to sending your logo below.
* Confirm the delivery & invoice address
* Telephone number for delivery address
* If you are outside the UK & are based in Europe, please confirm your VAT number & EORI number for commercial invoice for the courier when shipping OR your Personal TAX ID number for the courier when shipping if you aren’t a registered business

REPEAT LOGO ORDERS:

GUIDE TO SENDING YOUR LOGO:

Suitable files are high resolution PDF or Vector based formats, either EPS or Adobe Illustrator. If you have already provided your logo and have the Pantone/CYMK reference numbers for the colour(s) to be printed or embroidered, please email these with your order. If you do not have the references, we will match the colour(s) for you in the artwork proof.

Please note: Due to various print processes & substrates we cannot guarantee an exact colour match across multiple products i.e Digital, Rotary, Embroidery, Heat Seal Transfer & Dye Sublimation may not appear exactly the same.

AVAILABILTY INFORMATION:

Availability of products quoted can only be confirmed when we received your final order, in particular with clothing as stock levels for sizes and colours fluctuate daily.

LEAD TIMES:

Event Caddie are corporate partners for major golf brands and authorised to sell genuine branded golf products. Our golf items are professionally printed/embroidered by the manufacturer or Event Caddie who are authorised product decorators.
Once your order is confirmed, we will request artwork to be set up for your approval before production begins. Artwork is normally received back withing 2-3 working days. Once approved the production time is as follows:

Golf Balls are usually 5-7 working days in production. The majority of products are in production 10-12 working days from artwork approval, during busy periods this may be longer – we let you know at time of enquiry.
If required sooner, please let us know and we will check with production to see if we can meet your required date.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

UK Deliveries
Delivery to a UK mainland address for order over £100 + Vat will be free of charge, if you have not already confirmed your delivery address and your order is to be delivered outside the UK Mainland this will incur a delivery cost.

European/ Worldwide Deliveries
Delivery time will be confirmed at the quotation stage for deliveries outside the United Kingdom.
Please note the cost does not include any customs charges, VAT (European deliveries only) or Import Duties at destination which you will need to check for any local duties that will be applicable for importing goods which will need to be paid on arrival before your goods can be delivered.
You will receive tracking details from the courier to enable you to track your order and pay the duties as applicable.

By agreeing to the quotation and placing an order, you are agreeing to the Event Caddie Terms & Conditions and Delivery & Returns Policy a copy of which can be sent by request.

The section below is the most asked questions to help you with further informaiton: 

Q. What is an origination charge?

Origination is a fee charged for the setting up and the creation of templates (Printing Screens/Embroidery Digitisation/Jacquards/Photo Etched Plates) to apply your logo in the correct format to the product. In the majority of cases origination charges for repeat orders are free or reduced for the same product and logo.

Q. How can I send my logo?

For your convenience we have installed a facility to upload your logo on the product page or if you prefer you can email your logo separately by clicking [here] and attaching your logo to the email.

Q. How will you make sure the colours are accurate to my logo?

Each colour in your logo will have a unique colour reference. The most common references are referred to as Pantone references for solid spot colours or CMYK for digital print. If you have these references please email these with your order, alternatively we will match the colours to your logo on the artwork proof.

Q. Can I check how my logo will look before production?

Each product has an artwork proof that is emailed to you for your approval prior to production. This will show you how your logo will look on the product to check for sizing and colours.

Q. What type of files do you accept?

Suitable files are high resolution PDF or vector based formats, either EPS or Adobe Illustrator. Our state-of-the-art graphics facility will deliver true and impactful reproduction of your logo, whether printed or embroidered.

Technical Requirements
A good clean copy of your logo is needed for the best results.

Please supply PMS or CMYK colour references if you have them, if not we will match as close as possible. Specific type styles should be clearly indicated. If specific fonts are to be used, please provide the font(s) or files that are converted to outlines.

Electronic Files:
For best results, follow these guidelines:

• Send complete files including all placed images and fonts.
• Send hard copy of what the finished artwork should look like.

Programs Supported:

File Format:
• EPS – TIFF – JPEG – BMP – PDF



Removable Media:
• CD ROM – ZIP - USB

Once your artwork is drawn we will e-mail you a PDF of the product with an actual size version of your logo in position for your consideration to proceed.

Q. What are the Delivery Charges?

Orders over £100 + vat are delivered free to one UK address. Orders under the free delivery threshold are charged at £12.50 for secure courier and will require a signature upon receipt.

Costs for International orders are based on the final consolidated shipment weight and competitive rates can be confirmed by quotation.
