The LPGA’s Asia swing has begun in Shanghai, and our caddie Fraser is on the ground covering all the action firsthand. Qizhong Garden Golf Club is proving to be a real challenge. The greens are patchy and brown from the intense heat, while the firm fairways and heavy humidity test every shot.
Thailand’s Arpichaya Yubol opened with a flawless, bogey-free 8-under 64 to take the first-round lead. Major champion Minjee Lee isn’t far behind, keeping the pressure on. With $2.2 million in prize money at stake at the Buick LPGA Shanghai, players will need a sharp mix of precision, strategy, and stamina to rise to the top in these sizzling conditions.

At their latest training session, the Brent Valley Parakeets proved that golf is about focus, fun, and a touch of flair. From eyes-closed moments of concentration to amused glances at the ball, every member faced the challenge with energy and smiles.
Beyond the swings and putts lies a bigger purpose. The team proudly supports a wonderful charity that helps children discover golf, enjoy the outdoors, and develop lifelong skills. With each session, the Parakeets aren’t just improving their own game—they’re inspiring and nurturing the next generation of golfers.

It’s been another busy week for the Event Caddie dispatch team! Seasonal customised workwear is in high demand, and we were excited to send out embroidered gilets and beanies for a local trades firm—perfect for keeping teams warm and stylish as the colder months arrive.
Meanwhile, on a much sunnier note, a large corporate golf shipment has made its way to Mauritius. The custom order included 200 embroidered polo shirts and 50 custom printed golf towels, carefully prepared and packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
