SHOW UP FOR MAN DOWN Supporting men’s mental health, one round at a time
Charity golf event

Golf Towels supplied for Man Down charity
Event Caddie was proud to support the recent charity golf day organised by Big Oggie Golf at Trethorne Golf Club in Cornwall. For the occasion, we provided 80 custom-printed microfibre players golf towels to help make the day extra special for participants.
The event successfully raised funds for Man Down Cornwall, a UK charity dedicated to supporting men’s mental health. From the first tee to the final putt, the day was filled with camaraderie, laughter, and a shared sense of purpose. Moreover, it served as a vivid reminder that golf can be a powerful way to unite communities while supporting an important cause.
We’re delighted, therefore, to have played a small part in such a meaningful event, and we hope the players and volunteers felt the difference every time they reached for their custom towels.
FINAL BOUND! Kent juniors continue their winning ways – this time it’s U14’s
Kent boys are through to the South East U14 League Final!

Kent under 14’s through to South East League Final
Our U14 boys wrapped up their final league match of 2025 at the sunny and beautifully maintained Knebworth Golf Club. Taking on Essex and Hertfordshire in an exciting triangular junior golf showdown. After several strong performances earlier in the season, the team was able to give players who hadn’t yet competed in youth golf events this year a chance to step up. And they certainly shone under pressure. The day highlighted the players’ skills, determination, and the camaraderie that defines junior golf leagues. In addition, with stunning fairways, perfect weather, and competitive spirit, Knebworth Golf Club proved the ideal setting for the 2025 U14 league finale. As a result, players, coaches, and supporters were left proud of an incredible season.
The standard of golf across all three counties was outstanding, played with fantastic spirit and determination. Over the past two years, the boys have forged both friendships and rivalries, often meeting at other England Golf competitions, which added an extra layer of excitement to the matches.
Kent triumphed in both encounters, first defeating Essex 6–2 and then overcoming Hertfordshire 4½–3½, thereby securing a well-deserved place in the South East Golf League Final at Bramshaw Golf Club in the New Forest on Sunday 14 September. In the final, their opponents will be Surrey & Bedfordshire. Having already won this prestigious trophy in 2025, Kent will be determined to retain the title, bringing skill, teamwork, and championship spirit to the challenge.
